Our specialty is Everything Else. We fill the gaps and overlaps between trades. It is often the case even with minor
maintenance that two trades or more are needed, such as replacing or installing a bath fan. The typical setup is to
have an electrician replace the fan, then have a drywaller fix the holes left over, and a painter to complete the
project. Bernhardt Total Home eliminates the need to coordinate all three trades - our people will complete
everything start to finish and therefore we can often accomplish the job faster and cheaper.
General Maintenance and Handyman Services: painting, drywall, minor electrical and plumbing, cabinetry,
woodworking, hardwood/laminate flooring, moulding, and tile.
General Contracting: Bernhardt Total Home is a licensed and insured General Contractor.

Property Managers & Landlords
General Maintenance and Handyman Services are billed at a flat rate of $27.50 per man-hour during regular
business hours (8:30-4:30) plus expenses and GST, and $41.25 on evenings and weekends. Materials are not
marked up and all receipts are provided with the invoice.
Costs may vary for certain types of work. Written estimates provided.
General Public
General Maintenance and Handyman Services are billed at a flat rate of $40.00 per man-hour during regular
business hours (8:30-4:30) plus expenses and GST, and $80.00 on evenings and weekends. Materials are not
marked up and all receipts are provided with the invoice.
