Eight complete apartment renovations in this one building. The renovations Included painting, installing cabinets,
backsplash, sinks, taps and lighting; coordinating trades such as electricians, plumbers, and flooring. The
renovations were completed in a maximum of three weeks. The goal was to complete quickly, to minimize suite
downtime and provide a maximum return. All the suites saw a significant increase in monthly revenue; the
renovations also lifted the total asset value by a significant margin.
